MONOGRAM
All-over print tabi (Japanese split-toe socks) on deep navy calico, scattered with symbols drawn from scissors and thread spools. The crisp, dignified look of traditional tabi, with modern graphics on top.
An original all-over motif
Our own abstract symbols, based on scissors and thread spools, are scattered across the whole fabric. A playful modern graphic, kept just to your feet.
Navy calico and water-based pigment print
The base fabric is navy calico, a plain cotton long used for tabi. To make the motif stand out against the deep navy, a water-based pigment print is applied twice and set. Enjoy the way the texture settles in as you wear them.
Asagi blue on the inside
The lining is asagi, a clear, pale blue. It shows only as you put them on, or in a passing moment as you walk. Taking care over what goes unseen is part of the quiet style of tabi.
